2023 Will be an Exciting Year, First Bank CEO Says

The Chief Executive Officer of First Bank Nigeria PLC, Adesola Adedutan has declared that 2023 will be a good year for the bank and its customers.

Adedutan expressed this in a statement sent by the bank via email to its customers welcoming them to the year, 2023.

“I joyfully and wholeheartedly welcome you to 2023. It promises to be a year filled with new opportunities and success on all fronts. We truly appreciate having you as a client and are eager to work with you in the pursuit of your various goals for the year.”

“For the Bank, 2023 is going to be a very exciting year. We intend to build on the progress achieved over last few years to roll out innovative products, solutions and services which will enable us better partner with you on your journey to achieving your financial goals and strategic objectives. We remain committed to putting you FIRST.”

The CEO also assured that the bank will continue to strive in ensuring positive impacts in the various communities the bank operates across the country.

“Furthermore, as a good corporate citizen woven into the fabric of society, we will continue to strive to make positive impact in the various communities where we operate through our various Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. We understand these are difficult times for many people and are committed to do our bit to support communities in need.”

First Bank was one of the leading banks in 2022 as they finished as one of the banks with the highest deposits, highest profits and highest transactions however the bank is also one of the banks with the highest loss for the year, 2022.
