Anthony Joshua Defeats Pulev to Retain his Belts

Anthony Joshua has defeated Bulgarian heavyweight boxer, Kubrat Pulev, to retain all his four belts, IBO, IBF, WBA and WBO belts.

 

Joshua 31, with 24 fights, 23 wins with 21 of those coming by way of knockout and one loss to Andy Ruiz defeated Kubrat Pulev that came into the fight with 28 wins and one loss to Wladimir Klitschko.

Anthony Joshua knocked out Pulev in round 9 with two mighty uppercuts after Pulev tries to get inside with a clinch that allows Anthony Joshua to throw a huge uppercut that missed but immediately threw two might uppercuts that put the Bulgarian warrior down.

However, Pulev, aka the Cobra, got up after eight counts with a smile –Pulev can take a punch. But then Anthony Joshua moves in with two mighty uppercuts that finished him.

The Cobra went down and that was it. Joshua won.
