Unilever Nigeria Discloses 17m Shares Purchased by Unilever Overseas Holdings

Unilever Nigeria Plc on Wednesday disclosed that Unilever Overseas Holdings B.V, a substantial shareholder, bought total shares of 17,023,490 in Unilever Nigeria Plc.

This, the company disclosed in its latest statement released through the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Unilever Overseas Holdings B.V bought the shares at N12 per share on August 10, 2020 from the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) in Lagos Nigeria. See the details below.
