SAPL Divests N268.128 Million from Skyway Aviation Handling Company Plc

SAPL Limited, one of the largest shareholders in Skyway Aviation Handling Company Plc, has divested N268.128 million from the company, according to the latest filing with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

SAPL sold 95,100,000 shares in 13 different transactions between 16th – 24th December 2020 as shown below.

The 95,100,000 shares were sold at an aggregated price of N2.82 per share. Bringing the total amount withdrawn from Skyway Aviation to N268.128 million.
