Investors Gain N50bn as MTN, Unilever, Nigerian Breweries, Others Closed in Red
The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) sustained Wednesday’s gain on the back of renewed interest in the stocks of Nigerian Breweries, Unilever, MTN Nigeria and others.
The market capitalisation of listed equities expanded by N50 billion from N13.115 trillion on Wednesday to N13.165 trillion on Thursday.
The NSE All-Share Index gained 0.38 percent from 25,141.48 basis points it closed on Wednesday to 25,236.97 bps on Thursday.
Investors traded 258.082 million shares valued at N1.678 billion in 3,640 transactions during the trading hours of Thursday. See the details below.
