Dangote Cement, MTN Nigeria Bolster Nigerian Stock Exchange
Dangote Cement and MTN Nigeria, Nigeria’s two largest listed companies, boosted the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) on Thursday following days of declines.
The NSE All-Share Index gained 1.40 percent from 24,173.53 basis points it closed on Wednesday to 24,512.27 bps on Thursday.
While the market capitalisation of listed equities gained N177 billion from N12.610 trillion recorded on Wednesday to N12.787 trillion.
