Caverton Offshore Support Group Plc extended its recovery on Thursday as its share price gained 8.96% to N3.65, bringing its rebound over the last two trading sessions to nearly 20%.
The stock gained N0.30 from N3.35 on November 5, 2026, after rising 9.84% from N3.05 to N3.35 in the previous trading session.
The two consecutive gains represent a sharp turnaround for Caverton following a selloff that had pushed its share price down from N4.80 to N3.05.
Caverton had declined 25% from N4.80 to N3.60 during the week ended October 30 before the selling pressure continued into the new week.
The stock subsequently fell to N3.30 and then N3.05, extending its decline from N4.80 to approximately 36.5%.
Buying interest returned on Wednesday, lifting Caverton 9.84% to N3.35, before another 8.96% gain pushed the stock to N3.65 on Thursday.
From its N3.05 low, Caverton has now gained N0.60 per share, representing a recovery of approximately 19.7% in two trading sessions.
Despite the rebound, the stock remains well below the N4.80 level recorded before the selloff intensified.
At N3.65, Caverton is still N1.15, or approximately 24%, below N4.80, showing that the two-day recovery has only partially reversed the earlier decline.
Thursday’s advance was also recorded against a broadly negative market, with the NGX All-Share Index falling 1.98% to 249,710.59 and equities market capitalisation declining by approximately N3.28 trillion to N162.13 trillion.
Caverton nevertheless ranked among the session’s top gainers, extending a recovery that has now lifted the stock almost 20% from its recent low.
