The power generation company proposed a final dividend of ₦4.00 per ordinary share, subject to shareholders’ approval and applicable withholding tax.

When combined with the interim dividend of ₦1.50 per share paid on August 18, 2025, the total dividend for the 2025 financial year stands at ₦5.50 per share.

According to the corporate actions notice, Friday, April 17, 2026, has been fixed as the qualification date for the final dividend. Only shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members at the close of business on that date will be eligible to receive the dividend.

The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Monday, April 20, 2026, to Friday, April 24, 2026, both days inclusive.

Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration have been advised to do so via the NIBSS Document Management Hub or through the Registrar’s platform to ensure prompt receipt of dividends.
