Zenith Bank Plc Board Approves Audited FY 2025 Financial Statements, Final Dividend

Zenith Bank Plc has announced that its Board of Directors has approved the Group’s audited consolidated and separate financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, along with the payment of a final dividend, subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

The decision was taken at the Board meeting held on Thursday, January 29, 2026, according to a notice issued to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public.

The bank stated that the full-year audited financial statements will be submitted to the Exchange upon receipt of CBN approval.

The disclosure follows an earlier notification dated December 30, 2025, in which the bank informed the Exchange of the scheduled Board meeting to consider the audited results.

Zenith Bank noted that its dedicated investor relations portal remains accessible on its corporate website, with additional support available through its Investor Relations Office for investment-related enquiries.
