Seplat Energy Plc has announced the currency exchange rate applicable for shareholders who will receive their Q3 2025 interim dividend in Naira.
In a notice filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the London Stock Exchange, the company confirmed that the rate for conversion is based on the Central Bank of Nigeria’s NFEM rate of November 12, 2025.
Dividend Conversion Rate
The rate will be used to compute Naira-denominated dividend payments for shareholders who have mandated local currency as their preferred payment option.
Seplat also noted that investors may refer to its earlier communication dated October 30, 2025, for the definition of default currency and additional dividend-related details accessible via the company’s website.
