Fidelity Bank Plc has announced the submission of its Audited Financial Statements (AFS) for the half year ended June 30, 2025 to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) for regulatory approval.
The bank disclosed this in a statement signed by its Company Secretary, Ezinwa Unuigboje, notifying shareholders, the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), and other stakeholders of the development.
According to the statement, once approval is granted by the CBN, the audited results will be published in accordance with the provisions of the NGX Rulebook and other relevant regulatory requirements.
Fidelity Bank further noted that the unaudited financial statements for the third quarter (Q3) of 2025 will be released after the publication of the approved half-year audited report.
The company also reminded its insiders and connected persons that the trading window for dealing in the bank’s shares remains closed until 24 hours after the publication of the financial statements.
