Access Holdings Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public of an extension in the publication date of its Interim Audited Financial Statements for the half year ended June 30, 2025.
The Company stated that the Results, earlier scheduled for release on September 29, 2025, will now be published on or before October 22, 2025.
The extension, according to Access Holdings, is to allow sufficient time to obtain the mandatory approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
In line with this request, the NGX has granted approval for the Company to extend the filing deadline, subject to CBN’s clearance of the Results.
Access Holdings further reminded its insiders that the previously declared Closed Period on trading of its securities remains in effect and will continue until 24 hours after the release of the Results.
