Npower news for beneficiaries expecting August and September payments.

Beneficiaries of the Npower Batch C1 have begun to receive payments for the month of August, according to unverified statements posted on various social media.

However, the National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) has confirmed the authenticity of the comments, saying the payment for Npower Batch C1 for the month of August is authentic and therefore, urged beneficiaries to take the info as an official confirmation of the August payment.

NASIMS, therefore, said those who are yet to receive their payment should exercise patience as payments have already been initiated, Investors King understands.

As regards the work nation assessment test pop-up that earlier appeared on the portal for all the Batch C1 beneficiaries, the management has come out to tell all beneficiaries that the pop-up has since been taken down, stating that there was no need to panic.

On the other hand, as the Npower batch C stream 1 service year comes to an end this October, NASIMS has therefore advised the batch C stream 2 beneficiaries to resume duty as work has already commenced for them to acclimatize with their place of primary assignment (PPA).

Also, they are reminded that failure to complete their deployment letter might cause a delay in their first payment, urging them to do so immediately.

Beneficiaries who wish to change their place of primary assignment (PPA) within their state of residence, are advised to fill out the form on the Nasims portal and submit it to await further instructions.

It is no longer news that even though the management had stated that the Npower Programme is not permanent, beneficiaries have been pleading for the service to extend beyond the existing date.

The management, therefore, came up with a transition program meant for the exited Npower beneficiaries called the “NEXIT Programme”.

Under this program, N-Power beneficiaries get loans from the Central Bank of Nigeria, upon training, Investors King understands.
