Fidelity Bank Announces Closed Period for the Third Quarter

Fidelity Bank, Nigeria’s leading tier II bank, will hold a Board Meeting on October 26, 2021 to consider and approved the unaudited financial statements of the Bank for the quarter ended September 30, 2021.

The lender disclosed in statement signed by Ezinwa Unuigboje, Company Secretary, Fidelity Bank Plc.

Premised on the foregoing, the trading window for dealing in the Bank’s shares shall be closed to its insiders and their connected person from October 1, 2021, until 24 hours after the release of the Bank’s unaudited financial statements for the third quarter ending September 30, 2021 on the floor of the Nigerian Exchange Limited.
