Peter Mombaur, a senior investment executive with UAC of Nigeria Plc (UACN) has purchased 22,500,000 shares valued at N238.5 million in the company.

The company stated in a disclosure statement signed by Nkemdirim Agboti, Company Secretary, UAC of Nigeria Plc.
