Zenith Bank CEO, Ebenezer Onyeagwu, Purchases Another 1.4 Million Zenith Bank Shares; Total in May Now 3.1 Million Shares

Mr. Ebenezer Onyeagwu, the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zenith Bank, has once again increased his stake in the leading bank.

Onyeagwu, who purchased 1,662,844 shares of Zenith Bank earlier in the month, has bought another 1,400,000 shares to take its total purchase in May to 3,062,844.

In the disclosure statement signed by Michael Osilama Otu, Company Secretary/General Counsel, Zenith Bank Plc, the 1,400,000 shares were purchased in two different transactions on the same day.

The GMD/CEO bought 400,000 shares of the bank at N23.20 a unit and later purchased another 1 million units at N23 per share. Bringing its total purchase to 1.4 million shares valued at N32,200,000. See the details of the latest transaction below.
