Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) Continues Bearish Run on Thursday

The Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on Thursday extended its bearish run as stocks closed in the red across the board.

Investors traded 157.261 million shares valued at N1.739 billion in 2,824 deals during the trading hours of Thursday.

The Nigerian Exchange Limited All-Share Index declined by 0.30 percent from 38,445.09 basis points on Wednesday to 38,328.13 basis points on Thursday.

The market value of listed equities declined by N6 billion from N20.04 trillion on Wednesday to N19.977 trillion on Thursday.

Trans-nationwide Express Plc led gainers with a 9.88 percent gain while Prestige followed with 6.52 percent as shown below.
