Ardova Plc, Nigeria’s leading integrated energy firm involved in the marketing of petroleum products with 450 retail outlets across the nation, on Wednesday announced it has changed its registered office address.

In a letter signed by Oladeinde Nelson Cole, the company said the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has approved the change of its Registered Office Address from 13 Walter Carrington Crescent, Victoria Island, Lagos to 1 AP/Conoil Road, Ijora, Lagos.

Therefore, all inquiries and visitations should be directed to the new address, 1 AP/Conoil Road, Ijora, Lagos.
