MTN CEO Designate, Karl Toriola, Invests N41.389 Million in MTN Nigeria

Mr. Karl Toriola, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) designate, MTN Nigeria, purchased 253,982 ordinary shares of MTN Nigeria in five transactions.

The CEO expected to take charge of the telecommunication giant on March 1st, 2021 purchased 130,510 ordinary shares at N160.50 per share. Another 185, 100,159, 2,722 and 20,406 at N161.80, N161.3, N164.50 and N165 per share, respectively.

The transactions were carried out on December 31, 2020 at the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

Aggregate information showed Toriola purchased a total share of 253,982 ordinary shares at an average price of N162.96 per share. Meaning, the CEO designate invested N41.389 million in MTN Nigeria.
