Brain Armstrong, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of one of the leading cryptocurrency exchange platforms, warned new cryptocurrency investors against jumping on the current bullish trend of the cryptocurrency space as the market is not without risk.
In a blog post released on Wednesday, Armstrong said “While we’re always excited to see increased interest in crypto, it’s also important to point out that this is not only a time of high volumes but also price volatility.”
Armstrong explained that the cryptocurrency market moves faster in either direction than the stock market and other traditional assets, therefore, he cautioned new cryptocurrency investors to be careful.
“The market can move in either direction much faster than equity markets.”
