Ellah Lakes Plc, a Nigerian listed company, has announced the resignation of Mr. Frank Ellah as the director of the Company, effective November 6, 2020.
In a statament released through the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), the company thanks Mr. Frank Ellah for his contributions to the growth of the company.
It said “Ellah Lakes Plc (the “Company”) announces the resignation of Mr. Frank Ellah as a director of the Company with effect from 6 November 2020.
“The board of directors (the “Board”) and management of the Company are grateful to Mr. Frank Ellah for his esteemed service to the Company.”
