The recent rally of Bitcoin has prompted many investors, especially big cryptocurrency investors referred to as Whale, to make adjustments to their holdings or sell off some of their holdings to profit from the recent upsurge or cut down to limit risk exposure.
In the last 24 hours, anonymous individuals or groups have sold a total of 55,116 bitcoins from three different wallets.
In a series of tweets by Bitcoin Block Bot, 14,693 BTC worth $225 million was moved from block 656,241 on Tuesday.
Later on that same day, another 19,961 BTC valued at $307 million was transferred from block 656,351.
Again, 20,462 BTC worth $314 million was withdrawn or transferred from block 656,382 on the same day. Bringing total BTC moved to 55,116 or $846 million.
Bitcoin price rose by 0.39 percent to $15,403.23 or N7,227,679 on Wednesday.
