Omoluabi Mortgage Bank Changed Name to LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc

Omoluabi Mortgage Bank Plc, one of the leading mortgage bank in Nigeria, has changed its name to LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc following the Central Bank of Nigeria’s approval.

The mortgage bank said the Corporate Affairs Commission also approved and issued a certificate on October 6, 2020 for the new name.

LivingTrust Mortgage Bank disclosed this in the statement signed by Olabisi Fayombo, Company Secretary, LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc, and released through the Nigerian Stock Exchange on October 12, 2020.
