Obaseki Has Joined PDP to Further Enhance his Chances

The Governor of the Edo State, Godwin Obaseki has officially joined the People Democratic Party (PDP) in a move widely expected by political watchers.

In a statement released by the Governor on his official Twitter handle @GovernorObaseki, he said he as officially joined PDP to advance his ambition for re-election as governor of Edo State.

He said “I have officially joined the @OfficialPDPNig to advance my ambition to seek re-election as Governor of Edo State.

“I, as always, remain committed to engendering good governance and sustainable development of our dear state.”
