- FBN Holdings Announced Oct 3, 2019 Closed Period
The Board of Directors of FBN Holdings Plc on Wednesday announced Thursday as a closed period to consider Unaudited financial statements for the third quarter of the year.
In a statement released through the Nigerian Stock Exchange and signed by Seye Kosoko, the Company Secretary, the lender said: “There will be a closed period from Thursday, October 3, 2019 till twenty-four hours after the accounts are filed with the Exchange, in line with rule 17.18 of Part 2 (Issuer’s Rules) of the NSE’s Rule Book (2015).”
FBN is expected to release its financial statements on Friday, October 18, 2019.
