For First City Monument Bank (FCMB)

- Attach your scanned signature and passport photograph

For the United Bank for Africa (UBA)
- Select your country and click get started

If you are opening an account for a minor (0 – 15 years), FCMB requires a scanned copy of child’s birth certificate and passport photograph will be required. This page will be updated from time to time!.
