- First Registrars Unveils Mobile App for Investors
First Registrars and Investor Services Limited has launched a mobile app in a bid to enhance investors’ experience.
The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bayo Olugbemi, at the unveiling ceremony, described the app as the first of its kind in the share registration industry in Nigeria.
According to a statement, with the mobile app, shareholders and investors now have instant and unlimited access to their shareholdings and other related information about their shares, dividends and bank mandates, among others, under the purview of First Registrars.
The company said it had committed a significant investment into the development of the mobile app “which now brings the register of members to the fingertips of the shareholders/investors.”
It said, “Shareholders can access their share transactions, dividends information, bank mandates, address confirmation and even pre-register for the AGMs/EGMs and lots more.”
The Group Head, Business Development and Services at First Registrars, Abayomi Oluwato, said, “Customer service excellence is at the centre of our operations, hence, we will always invest in human capital and technological innovation that will at all times add meaningful value to our customers (both the clients and their shareholders).
