- Osun Begins Work on 10-year Development Plan
The Ministry of Economic Planning, Budget and Development, Osun State, will today (Monday) commence a five-day retreat/capacity building workshop to craft a new 10-year State Development Plan (2018-2028).
According to the ministry, the plan is aimed at creating a focus on how to achieve the development objectives and goals of the state with a view to improving the living conditions of Osun citizens in the next 10 years.
It said in a statement signed by the Commissioner, Dr. Olalekan Yinusa, that the state development plan would enumerate Osun’s overarching policy position and strategies for achieving the objectives.
