- Promoters Rebrand Atlantic Resort to Oceanna
The promoters of the Lagos landmark project, Atlantic Resort, have changed the name of the property to The Oceanna, following the completion of work by the consultant, Brash Brands, on appropriate branding of the project to give more value to stakeholders.
A few weeks ago, the developer, Grenadines Homes, had signed on Cappa & D’Alberto, as the main contractor for the project.
The Group Managing Director, Palton Morgan Holdings, parent company of Grenadines Homes, Mr. Adeyinka Adesope, said the company would be unveiling commercials to power the development.
“Our efforts to develop an iconic property that will redefine the Lagos mega city skyline and confer a refreshingly unique identity on Nigeria have led us to this point. The impact of the Flames of Azerbaijan and the Burj Khalifa comes to mind in what we aim to achieve with The Oceanna,” he said.
Adesope stated that The Oceanna was conceived to become a globally acclaimed iconic development, which would typify Nigeria’s aspiration for greatness, while reflecting the quest for recognition, security and success.
According to him, the company is confident that the project will become recognised and synonymous with Nigeria’s socio-economic transformation by combining distinctive design, lure and functionality, thereby epitomising national optimism.
“We believe The Oceanna, on completion, will become the identity of the Lagos mega city skyline and the Nigerian landscape,” Adesope added.
The Head, Marketing Services, Palton Morgan Holdings, Kikelomo Williams, said Brash Brands was commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2015, based on its quality of work and delivery on the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa, that it successfully rebranded from the Burj Dubai, as it was originally known.
