Access Holding CEO Herbert Wigwe Involved in Helicopter Crash Near California-Nevada Border

Reports have emerged indicating that a helicopter carrying Herbert Wigwe, the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Access Holding, was involved in a crash near the California-Nevada border.

The incident, which occurred around 10 pm (US California Time), involved a Eurocopter EC 130 that departed from Palmsprings, with uncertain destination details.

While there has been no official confirmation from the bank holding company, sources familiar with the matter have informed Investors King that Wigwe was aboard the helicopter.

However, details regarding his condition or potential survivors remain unconfirmed.

Also, business magnate Abimbola Ogunbajo was reportedly among the passengers on the ill-fated flight.

The National Transport Safety Board (NTSB) has initiated an investigation into the crash, though access to the crash site remains restricted.

The incident has sparked concerns and uncertainty within industry circles, awaiting official updates on the well-being of those involved.

As investigations progress, the circumstances leading to the crash and the fate of the passengers, including Herbert Wigwe and Abimbola Ogunbajo, remain subjects of keen interest and speculation.
