IHS Towers and Nigerian Ministry of Communication Partner for 3 Million Technical Talent Learning Community

The Federal Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy (FMoCDE) is thrilled to announce a N1 billion partnership with IHS Towers, a leading telecommunications infrastructure company.

This collaboration will establish the 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) Learning Community, a visionary initiative aimed at supporting the recently launched 3MTT program.

The 3MTT Learning Community will play a pivotal role in advancing digital skills and knowledge across Nigeria.

It will create learning communities in all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, contributing to the growth of a technically adept workforce.

IHS Towers’ remarkable commitment extends beyond funding. In addition to the N1 billion financial support, they have pledged to cover the salaries of 37 dedicated learning community managers in each location for the next three years.

This multifaceted partnership is a significant stride in realizing the objectives of the 3MTT program and fortifying the Knowledge pillar within the FMoCDE’s Strategic Blueprint.

This collaboration marks the first of several partnerships that the Ministry aims to secure, reflecting its unwavering commitment to fostering technological talent and driving digital progress throughout Nigeria.

The 3MTT Learning Community promises to be a transformative force in the nation’s digital journey.
