President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of eight new Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) for key Parastatals and Agencies under the Federal Ministry of Information and National Orientation.
These appointments, effective immediately, aim to bring fresh leadership and innovation to these crucial sectors.
The newly appointed CEOs include Mr. Lanre Issa-Onilu, who will serve as the Director-General of the National Orientation Agency (NOA). Mr. Salihu Dembo retains his position as the Director-General of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA). Dr. Muhammed Bulama takes the helm as the Director-General of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN), succeeding Dr. Mansir Liman.
Mr. Charles Ebuebu replaces Balarabe Illelah as the Director-General of the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC), while Mr. Jibrin Ndace assumes the role of Director-General of the Voice of Nigeria (VON), succeeding Osita Okechukwu.
Dr. Lekan Fadolapo is appointed as the Director-General of the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON), Mr. Ali Ali assumes the role of DG of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), and Mr. Dili Ezughah is entrusted with the position of Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Press Council.
President Tinubu has called upon the newly appointed leaders to embark on innovative endeavors that create fresh opportunities for Nigerians, promoting unity, reshaping mindsets, and showcasing the nation to the global stage.
