Although the management of Npower, NASIMS has stated that all failed payments will be sorted out. However, several beneficiaries are still been faced with the challenges of failed payment.

Therefore, if you are one of the affected beneficiaries, this article will help you to navigate through the challenge.

Firstly, it is important you know that if you have once been paid your monthly stipend, you should have less worry as your payment backlog could easily be resolved by taking the succeeding steps.

However, for those who have not received any single payment from Npower, such a case will need extra effort to be resolved.

You can start by sending your complaints to the NASIMS support team here npower@nasims.gov.ng

For those who had once been paid, you should send your Npower ID and your National Identification Number (NIN) all in capital letters to the NASIMS email address at info@nasims.gov.ng

You can also DM your details on any NASIMS social media handle.

This will help the management of Npower to escalate to its technical team. In most cases, your failed payment will be re-initiated.

Investors King learnt that failed payments are often a result of technical errors from NASIMS. However, it could be helpful if you check it out with your bank. There have been some cases that are resolved through the banks.

Meanwhile, Npower has released a number for those having difficulty taking the “Work Nation” eligibility test.

The message which was shared on Npower’s Twitter account partly read: “If you are experiencing any difficulty taking the work nation test? Kindly the work nation helpline at 0700688768723 for assistance.

Investors King had earlier reported that the work nation programme is an exit programme designed for Npower batch C, Stream 2 beneficiaries.

After the requisite training, the work nation programme aims to link ex-beneficiaries to available jobs both locally and internationally.

However, intending applicants will have to take an eligibility test and score above 40 percent before they could be considered for the programme.
