NAHCO Insiders Increase Stake in Company

The Nigerian Aviation Handling Company plc (NAHCO) has disclosed that four insiders of the company purchased additional shares in recent months.

The disclosure was forwarded to the Nigerian Stock exchange and signed by the company secretary, the Nigerian Aviation Handling Company, Bello .A. Abdullahi.

Saheed Lasisi, Executive Director of NAHCO Plc, purchased 95,000 shares of NAHCO plc at N8.51 per share on Saturday, June 30, 2022. He also purchased another 450,000 shares of NAHCO plc at N5.75 per share on Tuesday, August 9, 2022.

Tajudeen, Moyosola Shobayo, Non-Executive Director NAHCO plc, purchased 350,980 shares of NAHCO plc at N6.15 per unit share on Monday, August 1, 2022. He purchased another 650,000 shares of NAHCO plc at N6.13 per unit share on the same day. Tajudeen, on Monday, August 15, 2022 purchased another 1,012,500 shares of NAHCO plc at N5.80 per unit share.

Akinwunmi, Godson Fanimokun, Non-Executive Director, NAHCO plc, purchased 34,000 shares of NAHCO plc at N5.95 per unit on Friday, August 5, 2022. He purchased another 666,000 shares of NAHCO plc, at N5.95 per unit share on Monday, August 8, 2022.

Emiloju Rafiu, Chief Financial Officer, NAHCO plc, purchased 683,640 shares of NAHCO plc at N5.67 per unit share on Thursday, August 11, 2022. He purchased another 683,640 shares of NAHCO plc at N5.89 per unit share on Tuesday, August 16, 2022.
