NGX Rebounds from Last Week Decline, Gains 0.07 Percent on Tuesday
The Nigerian Exchange Limited rebounded from a week low on Tuesday as stock investors gained N13 billion to push market capitalisation of listed equities to N20.559 trillion.
Investors traded 196,808,223 shares valued at N1.454 billion in 3,881 transactions during the trading hours of Tuesday, against 211,326,680 shares worth N2.029 billion in 3,939 transactions recorded on Monday.
NSE All-Share gained 0.07 percent to settle at 39,460.68 index points, up from 39,434.69 index points recorded on Monday.
Morison Industries Ltd led gainers with N0.14 or 10 percent to close at N1.54 per unit. Followed by Regency Assurance Plc’s N0.04 or 9.52 percent to settle at N0.46 a share.
