Insider Dealings: Nestle S.A. Acquires Over N484M Worth of Nestle Nigeria Shares
Yet again, Nestle S.A increased its holding in Nestle Nigeria Plc, according to the latest filing with the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX).
The Swiss multinational food and drink processing conglomerate corporation that doubled as the largest shareholder of Nestle Nigeria Plc purchased an additional 346,334 shares in two transactions on the 20th and 23rd of August 2021.
Nestle S.A. purchased 48,795 shares at N1,400 per share and another 297,539 shares at N1,399.86 per share.
This sums the aggregate volume of shares purchased to 346,334 at an aggregate price of N1,400 per share. and the total worth to N484,867,600.
