CBO Capital Partners Divest N113.155 Million from Ellah Lakes

The management of Ellah Lakes Plc on Thursday announced that CBO Capital Partners LTD, a substantial shareholder in the company, divested N113.155 million from the company.

In the disclosure statement filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), CBO Capital Partners LTD sold 26,624,751 shares of Ellah Lakes or N113.155 million worth of Ellah Lakes shares at N4.25 per share on July 30, 2021.

The transaction took place at the Nigerian Exchange Limited trading floor in Lagos, Nigeria.
