Learn Africa Announces 15 Kobo Final Dividend for Period Ended March 2021
Learn Africa Plc, a learning resource business with a history spanning over 50 years, announced a final dividend of 15 kobo per ordinary share of 50 kobo each for the period ended March 31, 2021.
Dividends will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Friday, 8th of October, 2021.
The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Monday, 11th October 2021 to Friday, 15th October 2021.
Shareholders, whose names appear on the Register of Members as at Friday, 8th October 2021 and have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into thei bank accounts, will be paid electronically on Friday 22, October 2021.
However, shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on www.firstregistrarsnigeria.com, complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective banks.
