Ebenezer Onyeagwu, GMD/CEO Zenith Bank, Adds 1 Million Units of Zenith Bank Shares to His Holdings

Ebenezer Onyeagwu, the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Zenith Bank Plc, purchased additional 1 million shares of the bank on Tuesday, according to the latest disclosure filing of the bank.

The GMD/CEO bought the shares at N23.50 per unit on May 18, 2021 in Lagos, Nigeria (Nigerian Exchange Limited trading floor).

This was in addition to the 662,844 shares the Zenith boss purchased a week ago. Therefore, Onyeagwu has acquired 1,662,844 Zenith Bank shares in the month of May. See the details.
