Stanbic IBTC to Pay N39.982 Billion Dividend for 2020 Financial Year

Stanbic IBTC Holdings on Wednesday declared a final dividend of 360 kobo per ordinary share of 50 kobo each, representing a total of N39.982 billion, for the financial year ended 31, December 2020.

The bank reported a solid profit of N80.939 billion for the year.

Payment will be made to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Wednesday 07 April 2021.

A proposed bonus of one new Ordinary Share for every Six existing Ordinary Shares held by Shareholders in the Capital of the Company as at close of business on Thursday 10 June 2021 (subject to Shareholders’ and Regulatory Approvals) to all shareholders.

“On Friday 28 May 2021, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at close of Trading on Wednesday 07 April 2021, and who have completed the e-dividend
registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts,” the bank stated.

However, shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on our Registrars website:

to the Registrar or their respective Banks.”
