Lafarge Africa Announces a Final Dividend of N1 Per Ordinary Share for 2020

Lafarge Africa Plc on Wednesday announced N1 per ordinary share final dividend after posting N30.842 billion profit after tax for the financial year ended 31, December 2020.

The company said the amount will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members at the close of business on Friday, 30 April, 2021.

The dividend, if approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting will be paid on Tuesday, 25th May 2021.

For the purpose of the dividend, the Register of Shareholders will be closed from 4th May, 2021 to 7th May, 2021 (both dates inclusive).

Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s e-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is available on the website of our Registrar www.cardinalstoneregistrars.com, complete and submit to the Registrar.

Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar.
