SFS Real Estate Declares Final Dividend of N8.10 Per Unit for 2020
SFS Real Estate Investment Trust, a Nigerian close-ended real estate investment trust scheme, declared a final dividend of N8.10 per unit for the year ended 31 December 2020.
According to the company, payment will be made to unitholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Friday, March 26, 2021.
The Register of unitholders will be closed from Monday, March 29, 2021 to Friday, April 2, 2021.
Unitholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as of Friday, March 26, 2021 will be paid electronically on Friday, April 16, 2021. See the details below.
