Insider Dealing: Uduak Nelson Udo Invested N1.05 Million in First Bank Shares

Uduak Nelson Udo Purchased 134,548 Shares in First Bank

Uduak Nelson Udoh, the Chief Audit Executive of First Bank of Nigeria Limited, purchased 134,548 shares of the bank in two transactions in November 2020.

The bank disclosed in a statement issued through the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

On November 11, 2020, Udoh purchased 126,183 shares of First Bank at N7.25 per share while on November 12, another 8,365 shares at N8.35 per unit were acquired at the Nigerian Stock Exchange trading flour in Lagos, Nigeria.

Therefore, Udo purchased total shares of 134,548 at an average price of N7.80 or invested N1.049 million in First Bank of Nigeria Limited. See the details of the transactions below.
