Again, Nestle S.A Added to its Stake in Nestle Nigeria Plc

Nestle S.A, a majority shareholder in Nestle Nigeria Plc, up its stake in Nestle Nigeria Plc once again, according to the latest report from the company.

The management of Nestle Nigeria Plc said Nestle S.A purchased ordinary shares of 214,924 from Nestle Nigeria Plc at N1,400 per share on November 10, 2020.

This was after Nestle S.A purchased 229,697 shares at N1,249.65 on November 9, 2020.

Since the beginning of the year, Nestle S.A has been increasing its stake in Nestle Nigeria Plc. An indication of growing confidence in the Nigerian company. See the details of the transaction below.
