Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc on Monday disclosed that Ukpabi Emmanuel Akwari, the Vice Chairman of the company increased his stake in the company.

Ukpabi Emmanuel Akwari purchased additional 120,448 units at N27.60 per share on November 5, 2020 in Lagos, Nigeria.

Similarly, Bolanle Ibitola, a staff of United Capital Plc, bought 1,700,000 units of United Capital Plc shares at N4.13 per share on November 6, 2020 in Lagos, Nigeria. See the details below.
