Airtel to Announce H1 2021 Financial Statements on 23 October 2020

Airtel Africa, one of the leading telecommunications companies in Africa, has said it would release its financial results for the period ended 30 September 2020 on 23 October 2020.

The telecommunications company’s first half of the year usually ends in the third quarter of the current year while the second half of the year ends in the first quarter of the following year.

In a statement released on the Nigerian Stock Exchange’s website and signed by Simon O’Hara, Group Company Secretary, Airtel Africa, the company said it “will announce its H1’21 results for the period ending 30 September 2020 on 23 October 2020.

“Management will host a conference call on the day of results for analysts and investors at 9:30am BST.

Airtel Africa has a presence in 14 countries across Africa.
