Nestle S.A Increased Stakes in Nestle Nigeria

Nestle S.A has upped its stakes in Nestle Nigeria Plc by another 636,384 shares, according to Nestle Nigeria.

In a statement signed by Bode Ayeku, Company Secretary, Nestle Nigeria Plc, Nestle S.A purchased additional 636,384 shares at an average price of N1,174.67 per share on August 20, 2020.

The transaction took place at the Nigerian Stock Exchange in Lagos. See the details below.
