Lipede Purchases 9,638 United Capital Shares

United Capital Plc on Monday disclosed that a staff of United Capital Plc, Lipede, Olakale Adewale, bought 9,638 ordinary shares of United Capital Plc.

In a statement signed by Leo Okafor, Company Secretary, and released on the Nigerian Stock Exchange, Lipede purchased the shares at N3.03 per share on August 7, 2020. See the details below.
