MTN Nigeria Discloses Insider Dealing of 920,000 Shares

MTN Nigeria Communications Plc on Thursday disclosed an insider dealing of 920,000 shares in line with the new Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) policy.

In a statement signed by Uto Ukpanah, Company Secretary and released through the Exchange, the telecommunications giant said Karl Toriola, a non-executive director, purchased 920,000 ordinary shares of MTN Nigeria Communications Plc.

A break down of the aggregate information showed Toriola acquired 920,000 ordinary shares at N118 per share on June 25, 2020 in Lagos, Nigeria.
