Insider Dealing: Herbert Wigwe Buys Another 732,000 Shares

Herbert Wigwe Purchased Another 732,000 Shares in Access Bank

Mr. Herbert Wigwe, the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Access Bank, has purchased another 732,000 shares from Access Bank.

In a statement signed by the bank’s Secretary, Sunday Ekwochi, and released through the Nigerian Stock Exchange, Herbert Wigwe through his Tengen Holding Limited registered in Mauritius acquired 650,000 shares at N6.79 per share and another 82,000 shares at N6.75 per share.

Accordingly, total purchase stood at 732,000 shares valued at N4,955,640.

The transaction was carried out on Friday, June 19, 2020 and Monday, June 22, 2020.

In the last two weeks, Mr. Herbert Wigwe has purchased a combined 7.532 million shares of Access Bank.
